AgentiQ is the applied AI practice of AKS iQ. References in these terms to "AgentiQ", "we", "us" and "our" mean AgentiQ and AKS iQ, as the context requires. The public contact is team@agentiq.pk.

What these terms cover

By using this website you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These terms apply to visitors, including people acting for an organisation. They do not create a client relationship, a partnership, or an offer to contract in any jurisdiction where that would be unlawful.

Nothing on this site is a commitment to supply a particular service, price, timetable, or outcome until both parties have signed the document that says so.

Using this website

You may view, download, and print pages for your own internal evaluation of AgentiQ. You may share a link to a public page. You may not:

• copy the site in bulk, mirror it, or present it as your own;
• scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content to train a machine-learning model or to build a competing service, without our written permission;
• interfere with the site's operation, security, or form defences;
• attempt to access non-public systems, inboxes, or host dashboards;
• use the site in a way that is unlawful in your country or in ours.

We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of the site without notice. We are not obliged to keep a particular page available.

Discovery conversations

The form on /contact/ is an invitation to start a conversation. Submitting it does not bind either party to an engagement. We may decline work, including after a call, without giving a reason.

Treat anything you send as a business enquiry, not as a place to lodge source code, credentials, regulated data sets, or another person's personal data. We will treat enquiry contents as confidential except as needed to reply, to assess fit, and as described in the privacy policy. That courtesy is not a substitute for a non-disclosure agreement. If you need one before you can speak, say so in the message.

You confirm that you have authority to contact us on behalf of the organisation you name, and that the information you send is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Intellectual property

The website, its design, copy, diagrams, and the AgentiQ, AKS iQ and Trade iQ names and marks are owned by AgentiQ, AKS iQ, or their licensors. Except for the limited viewing licence above, no licence is granted. Do not use our names or marks without written permission, other than for an accurate factual reference to us.

Methods, tools, curricula, and working papers described on this site remain ours until an engagement says otherwise. Work product created under a paid engagement is governed by that engagement, not by these website terms.

Acceptable use

You must not use the site to send malware, to probe or overload our host, to impersonate another person or organisation, or to submit content that is defamatory, discriminatory, or confidential to a third party without their authority. We may delete a submission and block further use where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.

Third-party services

The site is hosted by Netlify. Session analytics are provided by Microsoft Clarity, as described in the privacy policy. Links to LinkedIn or to any other external site are for reference. We are not responsible for those sites' content, availability, or terms. Your use of them is with their operators.

No professional advice

Content on this site is general information about how AgentiQ works. It is not legal, regulatory, financial, tax, or technical advice, and it is not an opinion on your organisation. AI, risk, and governance facts change. You remain responsible for the decisions you take, including those you take after reading this site or speaking with us in a first conversation.

Engagements sit elsewhere

Assessments, implementation, environment setup, training, and any other paid work are supplied only under a written engagement letter, statement of work, or equivalent contract. That document sets scope, fees, service levels, intellectual property in deliverables, confidentiality, data processing, and governing law for the work. If these website terms and an engagement conflict, the engagement controls for that work. These website terms continue to govern use of agentiq.pk.

What we do not promise

Please read this section carefully. The site is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that its content is complete, current, or suitable for your situation.

Proof points on the site (including production figures, uptime, awards, and named programmes) describe AKS iQ and AgentiQ work as stated on those pages. They are not a guarantee that your organisation will obtain the same result.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AgentiQ and AKS iQ are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with use of this website or inability to use it, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, even if we were told that the loss was possible.

Our total liability arising from use of this website is limited to one hundred United States dollars (USD 100), or the equivalent, except that this cap does not apply where the law forbids a cap.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that gives you mandatory rights, those rights still apply.

Governing law

These website terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of them or out of use of agentiq.pk (including non-contractual disputes), are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive or equivalent relief in any court with jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information. If mandatory law in your country of residence gives you a right to sue in your home courts, or gives you protections you cannot waive, those rules still apply.

Data protection rights are not displaced by this clause. They follow the privacy policy and the law that applies to you. Governing law for a paid engagement is the law named in that engagement, which may differ from Delaware.

Changes

We may revise these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page is the date the current version took effect. Continued use of the site after that date is acceptance of the revised terms for that later use. If you do not agree, stop using the site.
