Policy
Personal data on this website
Privacy policy
This policy describes the personal data AgentiQ collects through agentiq.pk, why we collect it, who receives it, and how to exercise your rights. It is written for enterprise buyers and their counsel, not as a substitute for a signed engagement.
Who is responsible
AgentiQ is the applied AI practice of AKS iQ. For personal data collected through this website, AgentiQ and AKS iQ act as controller. The public contact is team@agentiq.pk.
We maintain offices at:
- 8 The Green STE D, Dover, DE 19901, United States
- House# 18-F, Block 6 P.E.C.H.S., Karachi, Pakistan
Paid work is governed by a separate engagement letter or statement of work. Client data processed under those documents follows those documents, not this website policy, except where the law requires otherwise.
What this policy covers
This policy applies to agentiq.pk and to the discovery form on /contact/. It does not apply to third-party sites we link to, to social networks where we maintain a public page, or to systems we build or operate for a client inside that client's environment.
We serve organisations in Pakistan, the Gulf and the United States, and we honour the data protection law that applies where you live. That includes, as applicable, the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, the EU GDPR, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, applicable Pakistani law, and United States federal and state law (including the California Consumer Privacy Act where it applies).
What we collect
Information you send us
The discovery form asks for your name, work email, organisation, and a description of what you would like to change. You may also give a phone or WhatsApp number, name a service, or write to team@agentiq.pk. We receive whatever you choose to include. Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, government identity numbers, health information, or personal data about other people.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site we receive standard technical data from your browser and our host: IP address, approximate location derived from it, browser and device type, referring URL, pages viewed, and timestamps. We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records how pages are used. That is described below.
Information we do not collect on this site
This website does not create user accounts, take payment, or run a mailing list. We do not collect special category data through the site, and we do not want it in the discovery form.
How we use it
We use personal data for these purposes, and on these grounds:
- To reply to an enquiry. If you submit the form or email us, we read it, assess fit, and reply to the work email you gave, and to the phone or WhatsApp number if you provided one. Ground: taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry.
- To operate and improve the website. Hosting, security, diagnosing faults, and understanding whether pages are usable. Ground: legitimate interests in running a secure, intelligible site for enterprise visitors.
- To keep records and meet the law. We may retain an enquiry where we need it for accounting, tax, regulatory, or legal claims. Ground: legal obligation where one exists, otherwise legitimate interests in running a responsible practice.
Where the law of your country requires consent for a particular use, we will not rely on that use unless we have consent or another permitted ground. We do not use website data to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Session analytics
This site loads Microsoft Clarity, a session-analytics service. Clarity records how visitors move through pages: clicks, taps, scrolling, cursor movement, and a replay of the visit. It helps us see where the site fails a reader. It is not used to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell the recordings.
Clarity is supplied by Microsoft. Microsoft's own privacy materials apply to its processing. Recordings can include the pages you open on agentiq.pk. Contact submissions are handled as form data through our host, not as a Clarity export. Still, a recording may capture that you were on /contact/ and how you interacted with that page.
If you do not want to be recorded, use your browser's tracking-prevention or script-blocking controls, or write to team@agentiq.pk instead of using the form. If you ask us to delete a recording that we can identify as yours, we will do so where Microsoft's tools allow it.
International transfers
AgentiQ operates from Pakistan and the United States. Netlify and Microsoft are organisations that process data in the United States and in other countries where they run infrastructure. If you write to us from the UK, the EEA, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, or elsewhere in the Gulf, your data will be transferred to, and accessed from, Pakistan and the United States.
Where a transfer law requires a safeguard (for example the UK GDPR or EU GDPR), we rely on the mechanisms those processors publish for their customers, typically standard contractual clauses or an equivalent instrument, together with the fact that this is a B2B enquiry site with a narrow data set. If a transfer safeguard is required for a later engagement, it will be written into that engagement.
How long we keep it
- Discovery enquiries. Kept for as long as needed to reply and to maintain a responsible business record. If no engagement follows, we typically delete or irreversibly anonymise the submission within 24 months, unless a longer period is required for a legal claim or a regulatory duty.
- Email correspondence. Kept on the same basis as the enquiry it belongs to.
- Clarity recordings and analytics. Retained according to Microsoft's product retention for our Clarity project, which is designed as a rolling operational window rather than an archive.
- Server logs. Kept for a short operational period to secure and diagnose the site, then rotated.
If you become a client, retention for that work is set by the engagement and by the law that applies to it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights in relation to personal data we hold about you: to be informed, to access, to correct, to delete, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent where we relied on it, and not to be subject to a solely automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects. We do not take those automated decisions on this site.
Residents of California, where the CCPA or CPRA applies, may also request to know, delete, or correct personal information, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those statutes define those words. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
To make a request, write to team@agentiq.pk from a work address we can reasonably associate with the data, and tell us which right you want to exercise. We may need to confirm who you are before we act. We will respond within the time the applicable law requires. You may also complain to your local supervisory authority, including the ICO in the United Kingdom, a data protection authority in the EEA, the UAE Data Office, the Saudi SDAIA, or the authority competent in Pakistan or your US state.
We have not appointed a separate data protection officer or an Article 27 representative. Until one is named on this page, team@agentiq.pk is the contact for every jurisdiction.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions go to our host and then to the people who handle enquiries. Access to those inboxes and to the host dashboard is limited to AgentiQ and AKS iQ personnel who need it. No website, and no email path, is perfectly secure. Do not use the discovery form for secrets or for data that would cause harm if disclosed.
Children
This website is for organisational buyers and their advisers. It is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, write to team@agentiq.pk and we will delete it.
Changes
When this policy changes, we will update the effective date at the top of the page. Material changes will be described on this page. The version dated at the top applies to visits and submissions made after that date.
